GB Car Leasing Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). GB Car Leasing Limited is a credit broker and not a lender. We are permitted by the FCA to carry out credit broking, debt administration, debt counselling and advising in regard to the arrangement of non-investment insurance products.

The Credit Broking Services We Provide:

We will provide you with either comparable details of firms most appropriate to your funding requirements, or general information relating to finance products. In assessing your requirements we may seek such information about your personal circumstances and objectives as might be relevant in order to enable us to identify your needs.

The Finance Products We Use:

As a Financial Conduct Authority regulated credit broker, we may introduce you to a range of finance providers who may be able to help you finance your vehicle and provide other products/services, such as vehicle maintenance and servicing packages.

We will only offer products from a carefully selected panel of finance providers. We will not refer you outside of this panel. You can ask us for a list of the suppliers who provide our finance and insurance products. All the products we offer are optional.

We may receive a fee for introducing you to one of our many lenders who assists with your agreement or from another credit broker to whom we refer you if we cannot arrange funding for you.

The Charge for our Credit Broking Services:

GB Car Leasing Limited do not charge any fees for our credit broking services to customers.

Road Fund Licence Adjustments
If the cost of the Road Fund Licence (or any applicable tax, levy, or duty related to the vehicle or its use) increases or decreases during your lease, the finance provider will either charge you the difference or refund you, depending on the change. This applies for the relevant year, and further adjustments may apply in future years.

Contract Extensions
At the end of your agreement, and subject to approval by the finance provider, you may have the option to extend your contract. Speak to our team for more details.

Contract Mileage Amendments
Need to adjust your mileage? Contract mileage amendments are possible, subject to approval by the finance provider. Contact us to explore your options.

Contract Transfer & Novation Fees
If you need to transfer your lease agreement into another name or company, fees may apply depending on the type of entity involved. All transfers are subject to approval by the finance provider, and not all funders allow this option — please speak to your sales consultant for confirmation.

Personal Transfers (Individual, Sole Trader, Partnership, LLP)
A Transfer of Contract fee of £500 + VAT will apply. This covers:
• £250 + VAT payable to the finance provider for administrative processing
• £250 + VAT for GB Car Leasing’s handling and arrangement services

Business Transfers (Limited Companies)
A Novation Fee of £295 + VAT will apply when transferring a contract between Limited Companies.
This includes:
• £200 + VAT payable to the finance provider for the novation agreement.
• £95 + VAT covering GB Car Leasing’s processing costs.

Payment Details
Fees are payable via debit/credit card or BACS and will be taken upon receipt of your signed finance documentation confirming the amendment.

Commission Disclosure
GB Car Leasing are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We are a credit broker and not a lender.

As an FCA regulated broker, if asked, we are required to provide (in good time before the agreement is made) the details in relation to any commissions or financial rewards earned by our firm in completing your transaction with us.

The commissions we receive will vary and is controlled by the lenders commission arrangements. Based on how much business we introduce to the finance companies and quality of the service we provide we may also receive an extra amount. the amount of commission we receive from the funder, will affect the amount you pay.

We will endeavour to respond to all requests within 5 working days.

Confidentiality and Data Protection
As part of the process of obtaining finance for your vehicle we will need to pass your details on to one or more of our finance/insurance providers. A list of these partners is available on request together with their FCA firm reference numbers. Any organisation approached to arrange credit will need to undertake credit searches with a credit reference agency which could affect your credit rating. All our calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

Some services that we offer are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. However, the Financial Ombudsman Services has now been extended to handle some complaints under the Consumer Credit Act.

Dispute Resolution and Complaints
We work hard to ensure that the services we offer are fair and that our communication to our customers is clear and not misleading. However, if you are unhappy with our service and you wish to register a complaint, please contact us:

To help us resolve your problem, you should provide the following information:

• Your Full Name and Contact Information
• Full details of your complaint
• Your lease agreement details
• Details of what you would like us to do to put things right
• Photocopies of any relevant paperwork

We will answer any complaints as quickly as possible but always within eight weeks.

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)
You may also be entitled to compensation from the Scheme if we are unable to meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
